United States Supreme Court upholds age verification laws for explicit websites

The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling authored by Justice Clarence Thomas, upheld Texas’s H.B. 1181. The law requires pornography websites to verify users’ ages through government-issued identification or biometric data to block minors from accessing adult content, and the Court found it constitutional.
