Offensive Speech

Generally, just being offensive isn't enough to limit First Amendment protection. But how far is too far?

The First Amendment generally protects speech that's simply offensive. But school have slightly different rules, and sometimes things go too far--so far that the First Amendment will not protect the offensive speech.
